The company founders and long-time managing directors Christoph Widmann and Stefan Zintgraf will hand over the operational management of the company to a new management duo consisting of Cyril Eyssautier and Thomas Waggershauser on January 1, 2026.

Cyril Eyssautier has been with the company for more than 20 years and is considered a proven expert in EtherCAT technology and the EtherCAT- as well as hypervisor software solutions from acontis. He will be responsible for the technical and market-oriented development of the portfolio.

Thomas Waggershauser has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management in industrial automation and will focus on the strategic market positioning and growth of the company.

The founders Christoph Widmann and Stefan Zintgraf will remain with the company and contribute their extensive expertise to strategically important areas. By handing over operational responsibility, they will be able to concentrate on tasks in which their technological and market-related know-how is particularly valuable: Christoph Widmann will take on the role of Senior Product Manager and will focus on the further development of central product lines and their strategic orientation, while Stefan Zintgraf will be responsible for maintaining the most important partnerships and in the field of strategic development as Senior Consultant & Global Key Account Manager. complex projects.
